A helping hand when you need it most.

Created for clients who don’t need a full retainer with dashboards and status meetings, but have ongoing marketing needs. Our support packages are attractively priced to feature our “worker bee” tasks that don’t require meetings or strategic management. Think of it as fractional employee: We can include your requests in with many other clients and keep a designer busy full time and you only pay for your specific needs.

Also, as a Support Contract client you get preference in scheduling before any walk-in projects, and you are assigned your own account person.

How it Works

Sign up or a monthly package (4-14 hours)

Email or call your project manager when you need something. (Support is available via email, phone, screen share, chat.)

Your project gets priority over other projects.

We will track your time and let you know if your request is going to exceed your balance. If it is you have the option to either hold it until the next month or pay extra.

Time renews at the beginning of each month, regardless of when you sign up. It cannot be carried over, and is a use-it-or-lose it cycle.

Once you start working with us on a support package, you’ll wonder how you used to get by without one.

Support Includes:

  • Photoshop, Illustrator or other design projects.
  • Edits and updates to your website.
  • Changes, building or targeting of emails.
  • “Back-end” assistance in setting up products and eCommerce settings.
  • Studio bottle-shot photography.
  • Google Adwords campaign assistance/review.
  • Database hygiene or analysis.
  • Training on various DTC platforms.
